The school diary should be carried by the student everyday to the school.
Children are expected to reach school punctually at 8.55 A.M. everyday. They must not be kept waiting in the school premises after the school closes at 12.30 noon.
The parents who wish to see the class teacher during school hours may do so but after taking the permission from the Principal. Parents are requested not to disturb the class during the school hours.
The teacher may communicate with the parents (and vice versa) through the diary and TENO App., so please ensure that your child bring the diary to school everyday, and do check the diary and TENO App. Daily.
Children suffering from any infectious disease should not attend the school till they are free from infection.
The student coming late to school has to submit his/her parent’s duly signed written note giving reason of late coming.
Students are not permitted to get back home during school working hours. In case of emergency, only a parent can come personally and take his/her child along on seeking principal’s permission in writing.
Every parents should see that his son/daughter aplies for leave and gets it sanctioned before absenting himself/herself from school. Leave application must invariable be signed by the parent who confirm his consent.
Children should come in proper school uniforms.
Verbal request through Servants or relatives to allow children to go home before the school closes, will not be complied with.
Parents are particularly expected to sign the Principal’s or Teacher’s remarks in the diary after reading them.
Parent’s who wish to withdraw their child must notify the principal in writing at least one month before.
If a holiday is declared by the Chandigarh Administration without any prior information from the school authorities. Kindly follow the orders of the Administration and consider the day as a holiday or vice versa.
If there is any change in address or in telephone no. Please inform class teacher and in the office at the earliest.
Parents and visitors may co-operate with the school authorities and abide by the rules and regulations of school and also attend the Parent-Teacher meetings held in the School from time to time.
